About Yourself:

Have you ever wondered what grownups who are blind or visually impaired do for work? What kinds of jobs do they have? What do they study? What was it like for them to go to school?

The It's My Job podcast is partnering with students across the United States to find out about blind and visually impaired adults and their interesting careers! Every episode of this podcast will feature a student interviewing an adult who is blind or visually impaired to find out about what life is like and what they do at work. How do they use technology? How do they connect with other people? The interview questions were selected by students, for students, and we’re excited to share these interviews with you.

This podcast was created by Dr. Rebecca Sheffield, who is a teacher of students with visual impairments in the U.S. Virgin Islands. More about her at
