You can email directly from Office, especially Word where most of the work is done. Set Outlook up then when work is completed in any Office product, go to file and send as attachment and Outlook opens. Type in the person’s email and tab through options and alt S to send. Then go to to Outlook and open, then use F9 to send and receive.

In the video, Nick demonstrates how to send an email directly from Office using JAWS.  In the second half of the video, Nick demonstrates how JAWS reads his math homework in Word and how to type in his answers.  Nick demonstrates fairly complex math equations that include superscripts, and he demonstrates creating his equation inside a table format.
