“Inclusion and Diversity” is defined as a company’s mission, strategies, and practices to support a diverse workplace and leverage the effects of diversity to achieve a competitive business advantage. Human resource departments are very familiar with these terms and practices; however, statistics show that people with disabilities continue to be under-represented in the workforce. Why is that?
