The Amazon Echo has been a hit with adults and students who are visually impaired and/or who have physical impairments. The recently released Amazon Echo Show includes a 7" screen and enables users to accept and initiate video calls and messaging.  The Echo Show has all the capabilities as the the Echo and Dot, including the ability to connect to smart hubs to control lights, thermastats and more - all through voice commands.
