This article discusses how to manage the built-in accessibility settings in Windows 10 including a brief description of each feature. The various options for Narrator (screen reader), Magnifier, High Contrast, Closed Captions, Keyboard, Mouse and Other Options. Windows 10 closely follows Windows 7 accessibility options although, there are some subtle differences that improve the user experience.
