Session I of this module discusses the impact of visual impairments and multiple disabilities on communication, how communication develops, the forms of communication, and other key components of communication.
Session 2 examines ways to support the development of communication, establishing communication goals for students with visual and multiple disabilities, and interpreting intended communication of behaviors that are challenging.
