Making Life Sciences Accessible to Students with Visual ImpairmentsThe Life Sciences focus on the study of living organisms, ecosystems, natural selection, and biodiversity.  Based on the Next Generation Science Standards, this section includes the following topics:
  • Structure and Function
  • Growth and Development of Organisms
  • Organization for Matter and Energy Flow in Organisms
  • Information Processing
  • Interdependent Relationships in Ecosystems
  • Cycles of Matter and Energy Transfer in Ecosystems
